Why is this requested?
Please note that our Waterman pens have a limited warranty in the United States limited to products purchased from authorized sellers. Your warranty will be extended an additional two years if the product was purchased from an authorized seller. If you purchased from an online marketplace like Amazon or Walmart, please upload your digital receipt below and ensure the receipt lists the name of the seller from whom you purchased. This information is in your order history. If you have any difficulty in locating this information, please call us at 800-237-8736.
Upload total file size for all files should cannot exceed 6.9 MB and file format should be PDF, TXT, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, JPEG, GIF. Each individual file size may not exceed 2.3 MB.
