Warranty Policy

Our warranty is valid for 2 years for Waterman. Possibility of 2 years extension on websites, available here.

Repair will be covered by our warranty if:

• The defect is a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, “wear and tear” or the overhauling of the instrument.
• If defective products are returned with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice), they will be serviced, repaired or replaced free of charge as long as the warranty is still in effect.

If the repair doesn’t fall under the warranty, we will send you a quote for approval. If you do not accept our quote, we will not charge you any handling or transport fees.
